Also, 18 settlements from UTA Gagauzia benefited from the European Village Programme, edition I. The important thing is that we preserve the peace and work day after day together for Moldova,’’ the parliament speaker said during discussions.

Igor Grosu also went to the Isaac Gurfinghel hospital from Comrat, which has been recently endowed with a tomograph working with the help of an artificial intelligence system. Due to this, the apparatus will allow a correct and quick diagnosing of the diseases of the circulatory system – the principal cause of the deaths in Moldova, and will help save more lives. This is not the only advanced endowment of the hospital. Also, in 2024, a centre for Cerebral Vascular Accident (CVA) was opened there. As a result, the physicians managed to save the lives of 29 patients hospitalized in extremely serious condition, after they had been hit by a CVA.
